A culmination of various training styles and methods I have tried and experimented with. These have been inspired by my coach Mr. Rohan Naidu from schooling days to people like the legends of Arnold, Charles Glass, Cutler, Kai Greene to the modern fitness influencers with likes of , Chris Bumstead, Eugene Teo, Ida Bergforth, Jeff Nippard, Jesse Marvin, Joe Bennet, Jo Linder, Julian Smith, Sam Sweeney and so many more elite members from the fitness industry.
This is based off a variety of training philosophies, what I feel is best for me and hoping it will be the best for you as well be in terms of powerlifting/hypertrophy/conditioning, I'm putting together the most dedicated online follow along program. This means, these are going to be the same exact workouts - exercises, sets, reps, tempo, everything I put myself through first, be given to you to follow.

This isn't another preset standard 8 week or 12 program designed and shared with you. This is going to become a lifestyle where we will train together for as long as we can. There will be new workouts every single day with training split changing every 6-8 cycles. These workouts are guaranteed to give you pumps like never before.
