
PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer personal training based on results of initial assessment, focus areas and client's needs. The programs will comprise of structured workouts utilising compound and isolation movements, providing you with useful insights for growth and development, explosiveness and power, conditioning technique and stability.
There are 2 services I provide -

'MOVEMENT IS A LIFESTYLE' for the adults.
YOUTH ARE POWERFUL
The simple idea that positive experiences create for positive outcomes later in life. The simple notion to provide these experiences to a young child in order to increase the likelihood of overall health and wellness later in life. If we consider that a child that can run, jump, skip or just move efficiently, regardless of whether that child will take the next step, then that child will be happy, healthy athlete and continue with this into their early adulthood and beyond.
